We released major improvements to RACEMAP load reporting, following feedback from users managing live tracking for multiple events. These updates bring greater clarity & transparency to load consumption for individual events and across all events within your RACEMAP account, providing enhanced control & oversight for your operations.

Event Load Report

Accessible in the Analytics section for each event, the Event Load Report includes:

• Hourly Load Breakdown: View hourly loads for each category including Tracking Map, Safety Monitor, & Leaderboard, as well as for each API.
• Interactive Chart: The chart highlights event start & end times, offering visual orientation for load consumption throughout the event. You can also hide categories for a more focused view.
• Custom Time Frames: Adjust the time frame to retrieve load information for a specific period.
• Summary: Total load numbers for each category in the selected period are displayed in a table.

Monthly Load Report

The billing report has been enhanced to include a chart showing daily load consumption for all your active events within the selected month. Access your billing report here: https://racemap.com/admin/account/billing
