Tracker Server Migration – Action Required by July 31
We’re upgrading our GPS tracker connection service to a new, highly scalable server infrastructure that has been proven reliable for over two years. As part of this improvement, the previous server will be shut down on July 31, 2025.
To ensure uninterrupted connectivity and accurate tracking, please check and update the server settings for your GPS trackers. This update is quick and easy to complete in the Tracker Management dashboard, where we’ve also added helpful new features to support you during the transition.
What You Need to Do
- Log in to the Tracker Management dashboard.
- Compare your devices’ current connection settings with the new configuration.
- If needed, update the settings remotely with just a few clicks.
🔧 Configuration Settings
Device type | Domain / IP | Port |
Devices supporting DNS | racemap.com | 5000 |
All other devices | 116.203.167.141 | 5000 |
💡 Built-in Support for a Smooth Update
To make this transition as simple as possible, we’ve added two new columns - “Domain” & “Port” - to the tracker table in the dashboard. These let you instantly check many devices whether they are already using the correct configuration.
🔄 Automatic Configuration for Select Models
If you use Queclink GL3xx, Mictrack, or LK106 devices, no manual action is needed. These models automatically connect to the new server as soon as they are online and linked with the Tracker Management.
🛠️ Remote Update via Custom Command
For all other models, use the “Custom Command” option to remotely set the new domain and port parameters. Just apply the appropriate protocol for your device - it's quick and flexible compared to sending SMSs or using a data cable for configuration.
